Things began to heat up after Ricky Morton confronted Ric

so Morton decides to give Flair a reality check... |

...then proceeds to crush Flair in the ring. Morton
has no idea of the retribution he is in for. |

Morton shows up Flair again only to feel the wrath of the
Nature Boy and the Four Horsemen. |

Flair delivers a message to Morton by breaking his nose. |

Undeterred by Flair's threat, Morton faces Flair again in
the ring... |

...scoring a pinfall victory over
the NWA World Heavyweight Champion! |

Flair's fellow Horseman, Arn Anderson can't believe what
he has just witnessed! |

A furious Flair leads his fellow Horsemen into the dressing
room of the Rock and Roll Express where they lay out
Morton's tag team partner Robert Gibson. |

Flair then tortures Morton by rubbing his face into the
floor. |

Flair continues to grind Morton's face into pulp
until "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes comes to Morton's
aid. |

Flair later shows up on World Championship Wrestling to
gloat about his attack on Ricky Morton. Flair tells
announcer Tony Schiavone that he gave Morton a warning to
stay away from him. |
 The
champ gloats that Morton is now an itty bitty ugly duckling
and that no woman in the United States would want to wake up
next to him. |
 Later
on, Morton would promise revenge on Flair and his cronies,
warning them that every dog has its day. |
